Introduction

43 year old married women currently on an alkaline based diet including dairy free, gluten free, no refined sugar or salt, and completely organic. I am allowed to eat small amounts of organic meat and wild caught fish, and do sometimes.

How would you describe your current diet/lifestyle? (ie. vegetarian, vegan, raw foodie, gluten-free, junkfood addict, etc.)

Gluten free/dairy free except goat's milk, but I do eat eggs. Organic, free range only.

Do you have any specific health-related interests you'd like to learn more about or share with the group?

celiac disease, migraines, and neurolgical disorder that does better with restricted diet.

Hi Kim, Thanks for your note. Now, it looks like the weather won't be great for tomorrow, so I am not going to head out anywhere after all. Will see what the upcoming weekend brings. Only place near Frederick I know and have seen is the Urbana place, which looks good to me.

I should have posted weather updates - just think i was spamming the various events too much with update. Weather was very nice and a goid time. The weather reports, i wait till a few hours before to make up my mind --- but soo unpredictable!! Makes it hard to plan ones schedule tho doesnt it..?
