Lentils & Rice

Ingredients:
Lentils - one package dry green, wash & sort
Rice - 2 cups, cooked
Salt - to taste
Yellow curry powder - to taste
Garam Masala - to taste
Soy milk - add if extra moisture is needed
Onions - 2 large
Garlic - 5 cloves
Instructions:
- Boil lentils for 20 minutes
- Add onions and garlic with 5 minutes left to go
- Add spices
- Cut heat down to low
- Cool for as long as possible, gradually adding soymilk
